TCM FD25 Forklift - PIC 16F649 Pin out & Power up needed

Hi, I could do with help if anyone has ever seen a

TCM FD25 Forklift with a PIC16F649

I need the Micro pinout and the Power up on bench.

Any info appreciated

It's PIC16F946 and not 649
UPA, Orange 5, PIKIT, read this.

Power up, just use multimeter and you'll find it.

It is easy pic, info all around the forum, look more.
