Autodom cdp+ connecting problems 2020.23

Hi! I have bought Autocom 2020.23 with autocom cdp+ and I have problems connecting to the vehicle VW Passat 2011 with CBAB engine. I can only do a generic obd/eobd not an advance obd scan on the engine and cant do any functions either. Do anyone know what problem it can be? Do I need another firmware or does some older program work?

I really hope someone can help me!

You need to open it up and see what is inside the case!

Do you wonder if it's single or double psb? Is this picture enough to say?

Try 1430 firmware and if that does not work then buy the new model

Ok, do you know where I can download firmware 1430 from? If I'll have any more kind of problems with it I going to buy a new better one. I want one that works with every car, so if I buy a new single one and your 2021 program it's going to work with every brand?
