Default (VW) Seat Leon 1.6 TDI mk2 1p (2012) misfire & rough idle

    Hi guys,

In a bit of a pickle here. Got a Leon 1.6TDI which has developed a misfire/engine shake after performing "Adapting injector minimum deviation quantity" using VCDS.

I performed this after reading several forums on issues I was facing which were slight engine knock and fuel smell from the car. However, this has resulted in the car being in a worsened state than before as now it shakes really badly, engine RPM needle goes haywire and a lot of white smoke.

I did the following which may have caused it go in that state:
IDE02147 - Reset of learned values of average quantity adaptation
IDE02703 - Reset Learned values quant meter in basic setting in the engine
IDE06141 - Adapting injector minimum deviation quantity - this started out okay but then the engine struggled even though it was warm, had the battery light come on and then the car switched off due to engine struggling.

After doing the above the car now shudders a lot with misfire and rpm goes crazy plus there is quite a significant amount of smoke from the exhaust.

Any help on the above would be greatly appreciated.

    Further info:
    Engine (J623-CAYC)
    Part No SW: 03L 906 023 LG HW: 03L 906 023 KL
    Component: 1,6l R4 CR td H43 9624
Revision: --H43--- Serial number: CVN: C19AA203
    Right Hand Drive Car (UK)
    Year: 2012

    Occasional fault:
7286 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit
    P2563 00 [175] - Implausible Signal

^ I reckon my is due to existing issue with the injectors / fuelling system somewhere??

Has this caused the ecu to be bricked or something by performing the above procedures. Will I need to reflash etc. what are my options

    Symptoms indicate damaged injectors.
    Occasional fault:

7286 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit
    P2563 00 [175] - Implausible Signal - has no effect on misfire

Is there anyway to indentify which injectors are faulty? I can post a vcds log : injection deviation from measuring values

In my case, the deviations were ok, only the injector tests on the test table showed that they were damaged
