VW EDC17CP14 r/w via OBD with KESS V2 (clone)

I only have KESS V2 5.017 (clone), so vr is rather unavailable for me. Unless there is an option to upload the necessary file to the KESS database?

You need use protocol 501 to write it OBD.

Make any mod you want over this file and flash the moded file OBD using the mentioned protocol, it should work. In the event your ecu brick you can recover it with the backup you made in bootmode before.
