yea bct is another company that should be closed down along with dvb seller i think ,no such thing as a guarantee with these companies . you can be lucky and buy a box and all is well ,i mean i found dvbmonkey very quick in getting the box to me and their prices are ok , but you need to know that if anything is wrong or goes wrong with your box that they will help you (which they wont ) .they could choose to operate a great service and have a good name in the satellite business but they prefer ripping people off and having a bad name (i cant see how that is good business sense ). i was lucky i quess i managed to get my box working (at least its working right now ,dont know about next week) wannelly i hope you get your box fixed up mate best of luck.

Once these lot get their hands on your money. Screw you if you have any problems later. We should send a strong message out to these scum bags, by stop giving them our money, unless they look after us.
