J2534 Noob question

I have Vas 6154 clone from Aliexp. It works fine with Odis-E12.2 and as a J2534 passthru with Odis-E13 flashing control modules, coding and adaptation. Can be updated with VXManager.

Question is:
Can I use this cable for reflashing the ECU, creating a ECU dump and flashing it back?
And if I can is there any simple (and free?) program to do that?

Car I want to read is Seat Toledo (same car as Skoda Rapid) 2016 1.2 Tsi with CJZC engine Bosch MED17.5.25

Yes, If you have good clone you can flashing ecu's using odis or VCP. But If you want modify dump you must get software as winols, DaVinci, and write to ECU using tool as MPPS, KTAG
