    This is the correct solution. I have seen that version of clone before, it has the STC chip but does not have the transistor installed. You can see on the PCB where it would go.

    So as stated before remove the STC chip, reflash atmega and you'll be good to go.

    Hmm.. for VCDS-Lite is no needed modern interface.. just simple K line adapter..

    don,t see any post about upgrade 704 on 908 or 912 just 805 on new.I am asking because don,t know about hardware is it different?Thanks

    loking for passvord to login on Svenska Vag-Com - VCDS - B?sta diagnosverktyget f?r VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda & Bentley and get swedish vag vcds 10.61...any????

    I removed STC. The interface still works. Let`s see how long

    Does VCDS 908/912 works on Windows 7 64bit OS? I installed software but when I connected interface into USB port computer said no drivers detected. I found on net some drivers but still doesn't work with window 7 64bit, I installed it on Vista 64bit no problem, but on 7 64bit I couldn't make it work. Can somebody help me with this matter?

    no its a polish project im using it becouse of ocf (one click functions) but is still more to do
