On the Russian web site I found information that firmware 1.84 works fine with all languages. Is this true?

Mate you read but I suppose that you don't understand everything.
Atemega dump has two parts
One it is firmwear - this mean that all softwears from VCDS 10.6.4 till now works with this firmwear 1.84
This it is necessary in all VCDs languages from VCDS 10.6.4 till now
And the second part of the Atmega which is the eeprom
This part eeprom make the diffeent, in this it is the serial that activate the softwear.
So firmwear it is for all new language versions of VCDS but if you want to activate the softwear you need th eeprom file from dump to make it works.
I suppose that you understand me.

It is hard to find for free an english version dump.
In other languages i suppose you'll never find it for free.
But this is my opinion

Yes, you can find (buy) the polish EEPROM but it's cheaper to buy original cable. (and then you can use it with any language) my bad

You can use it with any versiopn u want but that tool it hasn't dump for 11.11
Yes you can see that after a while your tool it'll become Unregistred
You cannot update a clone without dump just if you modify the softwear and use the right firmwear

until now I never seen Chinese interface to work with version greater than 11.20
work with 11.11x but only a few minutes and blocked until replugged
completely unusable

Send me serial number form about window.
Do not worry, it is from long time in blacklist

How to check - make few auto scans.
Software must found all controllers on each scan.

I said that it is a good idea to tell us the serial
we can see if it is serial from 11.11 dump or from 11.2
If you want I will sedn you the VCDS 11.11.0 serial by PM and you can compare with yours.
I can choose with VCDS 11.11.1 or 11.11.2 but then I have to reflash the tool.
So in a minutes I will send you the serial by PM and the serial of VCDS 11.11.0 dump using VCDS 11.3

Chinese produce millions of clones with the same serial.
Few hours after first sells RT put serial in blacklist.
Any serial used from Chinese does not remain a secret.
I bet that the serial will be well known - 0001415550275A
