I have this 805 interface with the 6 diodes in 2 rows.
I removed the STC transistor and resistor...
I flashed eprom and flash of atmega with working files for 11.2...
I configured locks and fuses as the tutorial on this thread (with UPA falses=0=activated)
Mprog'd the BL's 93c56

The interface lights red then green.
Its detected but gives this on VCDS 10.6.4

SELF TEST FAILED!
K1 OK
K2 OK

I did the same to a dead 607 interface and the result is the same with 10.6 dumps and soft OR VCDS 805 dumps and software...

I even wrote the ATF or GAL in these interfaces...
Tried exchanging MPC etc etc to no success...

I'm feeding only 12v and GND but i have also tried in a car.
Tried in VMware 10.6.4 and 908.

What the hell is wrong?

This is what i get in 10.6.4 and 11.2 beta TEST screen.
In both interfaces (805 and 607).

Where is CAN not ready?????


There was a shorted transistor in 805 that i replaced. maybe it damaged the can ic?

just tried more MCU eeproms and flashs and same results.
I tried also with 805 dumps and VCDS and result its the same (self test failed) except fw is 1.78...

BTW the 805 atmega had originally this config in lock bits:

LB1 0
LB2 0
BLB01 0
BLB02 0
BLB11 0
BLB12 0

I used the config from the tutorial with BLB01 and 2 disabled ( = 1)

Can it be hardware that is messed up?

Hey mates!

Do you have a VCDS clone cable which you want to dump the EEPROM?

PM me please if you have:
- English 11.11.0 or higher
- Any other language clone version (Romanian, Russian, German...)

There is no point to dump EEPROMs like English 605, 704, 805, 908, 10.6.4, 11.2... Those are already posted in this thread.

I said that it is a good idea to tell us the serial
we can see if it is serial from 11.11 dump or from 11.2
If you want I will sedn you the VCDS 11.11.0 serial by PM and you can compare with yours.
I can choose with VCDS 11.11.1 or 11.11.2 but then I have to reflash the tool.
So in a minutes I will send you the serial by PM and the serial of VCDS 11.11.0 dump using VCDS 11.3

Now I'm using 11.2, but I have to delay the date on your computer to work ... Is this normal? Be solved?

I bet that the serial will be well known - 0001415550275A

and I am the winner.
with this serial cable is totally unusable with 11.11x
It can work with old version market as "stable" in china CD
But 11.112 is super stable ...
