So, ATMLH134 is a serial memory equivallence pin to pin of 93c46? Because ATMLH134 appear chinese product..

First you need to open it up and take picture from bouth sides of PCB.

Fusebits in picture and I solve many vcds cables and never need to interfere in fusebits if device is locked!

That is used if you want nobody read content of atmega,
in your case, Lock=FF it mean content can be read.
