    Mate
Try few autoscans one by one
Lets say more then five Autoscans
And after each Autoscan take a look into the ABOUT
    Maybe your issue is becasue:
    1. Your tool it is erased
    2. Your tool has a dump for a previos versions but cannot be erased and after you unplug it from USb and cara and then you plugg it back you have again your softwear Registred
    3. Your FTDI or its eeprom 93Cxx it has problems
    4. Using a runasdata with VCDS softwear can be one of the problem
Check this what I told you
    Good luck

Me in the past I had this issues when I tried to use runasdata with this softwear
And when a tool loosed the licence
But FTDI issue can do this problem too
The message it is very clear: The communication between the tool and computer it was losed
Maybe there's ither causes but me I don't know item
    Good luck

    Yes
As i sadi this erros it comes when there's a USB comunication or maybe a bad comunication between ECU and computer
Or bad USB comunication between computer and tool
Did you get this error just in one specific car or allways? I mean in any car.
    Good luck

You must install nakido flag, then for free must wait the time displayed

Yes, in .rar archive exist a file named setup. Have a worm inside, MS Essentials sed that.

And yes, the dumps are for 10.6.4/11.2.0

    yes, it's true
as i said, any ftdi ic is much better than winchiphead's ch340
ftdi ic's are high performance chips, very reliable
in both cases, lm339 is also a problem because they usually burn out leaving interface unusable
look here how to repair just for a few cents
