Yes of course you need to unsolder the Q9 and R51 must be there another component but I canno t see it. I suppose that it is near the USB wires ( it is Tx )
After you'll unsolder this component, you have to check if there's any short cuts and if there isn't any you can reflash it

With RL tool and FA24 doesn't work, doesn't want to pass TEST in options. I haven't tried FA30.

If serials are different I think it's fake.
