Read attentively all thread. begin with the first page. Then you will set less questions.
(For example the dump for a chip atmega162 lies between 210 and 230 pages.) It isn't necessary to be lazy.
In this thread there is everything that is necessary for cable repair.

812.4 dump you don't find but you can find newer dump then yours and you'll be happy to have a new version of VCDS working with your tool
    Good luck

Because that one it is a protection and if you'll not unsolder that components you'll not be able to flash the Atmega
You can also to upgrade to VCDS 11.11.0 as Mr. Magadan told you
    Good luck

P.S. - if your tool it is identical with that one. It is not necessary to remove component in all kind of tools.
To be sure please share two pics of both sides of your PCB an dwe will tell you then what you need to unsolder or not

    IC8 reprogram FT232B.
If you want to change FT232B contents, IC8 (chip protect) will reprogram this chip FT232B back.
To delete or leave? You decide. (If you leave, that to solder T5)

The last the best will said one of us
I advise to you to use VCDS 10.6.4
VCDS 11.11.0 has too many bugs in my opinion bun not such bad as other versions
Use the release versions not betas
    Good luck

As i see you buying all that chinese sh..ts and you'll spend a lot of money on item and in the end you have no good working tool
That chinese tool must works if you change the computer date at least one day after VCDS softwear version releas.
    Good luck
