If you have FTDI BL you can flash it by MProg using ept file
No need the dump for 93Cxx.
Only if you want to unsoder it and flash it with external programmer.

maybe you have fuse bits for atmega on ponyprog?

I'm very sure that this fuse bits settinf for PonyProg was allready shared in the forum.

Here fuses from an original cable on FT232B chip.
