Never seen anyone selling new dump for atmega.... and nobody talk about how to extract dump, I think it is about knowledge and...money.

Not everything is about money. For some peoples the reverse engeenering is only a hobby, like complete a mission impossible without destroying the market of a good/long suported device...

About extract the eeprom.... There are at least three methods to read/rebuild the eeprom without opening the cable (without soldering or using any special device). And there are at least two methods to write the eeprom into cable without opening it (without using AVR programmer or any other special device).
There are members on this forum who knows what about I talking....
