the pin25 I have soldered to pin 4 of vcds but I have used 1kohm resistors and usb not connected to laptop I will learn someday

I found this BL/BM/RL dump, there is 11.11.5 and 12.12.0 installer, but I have tested only 11.11.5 and it's too big to upload here on forum.

NEC->cannot be updated by reprogramming.
Haven't GAL/ATF chip, so, cannot made all K-line adaptations..

What 12.12.0 kit?
What .ept?
How is recognized in Device Manager?
12.12.0 cn clone installers are for FA30 or FA24 PID.
If use 12.12.0 for Fa30 with Fa24 the response is like yours..
If dump is broken can be the same response..
We cannot know what you have...

What cable? From where you bought? If you bought from someone like 12.12.0, you must install sw and driver and must work.
If not, contact seller.
If you only download an 12.12.0 from internet and run with a cable you have, b.e. 11.11.0, never work, only if you make few opperations that are in this topic. Search with attn.

The same advice for "episcop" too, read this topic, all you need is here. And keep this: every sw is "marriaged" with a specific dump, ept. If use this "random" never work.
