Did You checked resistance on cable between 6 and 14 pins? (should be around 120ohm) if there is.. then check pin 6 to CAN transceiver chip and pin 14 to CAN Transceiver

    But mysterious anyway...

Ok I will check soon as off to work.. First connection picture was my guess on the CAN chip which was incorrect so ignore. The pin out helped greatly.

    Thanks again

Share some pics with both sides of each pcb, to see if hardware is different or not.
Same request for everyone with the same problem.

    Hi
I'm trying to upgre a couple of 0x44 cables 8.12 / 11.11 with firmware 1.10 and 1.81 but even if the led comes red the dwnload starts then it always fail when trying to load the eeprom content.
    I'm doing something wrong?
Looks like it's not writing but fuses seems to be correct power supply is connected etc.
Do I have to cut something on the board?
Loader 6.1 but same results on V5.
Can anyone tell me how to proceed?
    Thanks in advance
    R.
