VAG-COM/VCDS EVERYTHING

Hello, looking for VCDS cable advice. I have a 2015 Golf SportWagen TDI, & am looking for cloned cable that will support the latest (or a suitable) version of VCDS.
I not only want to check for codes but also make some changes to my TDI programming. ( nothing major)

Since there are a ton of cloned cables out there, I really don't know where to start.

Any help would be appreciated.

I really doubt someone might need to use high voltage programmer against ATmega162, unless somethng has gone really really wrong (e.g. RST disabled?!).
Usually under normal conditions that doesn't happen.

Normal conditions= REAL FischlDE programmer, too. But almost whole peoples use "china clone cheap AVR ISP Programmer". First time must reprogram with another firmware and, sometimes must use "K" drivers.

My personal example: use an cheap programmer. Working 99% well on XP SP2 and eXtreme burner 1.4.3.
On another laptop with W7 64 work 80% well with "K" drivers/extreme burner or ProgISP. The same on W10/64.

W7/64=on a Dell Latitude. So, is possible the news USB controlers be a little bad wquality or..drivers?

Because of this, time to time must use after "atmega doctor" or HVP. But, because of bad quality A162 (maybe china clone too) few times with HVP the A162 was broken. Can programm but.. K1,K2 OK, CAN Not ready. But car having CAN. And no one of CAN tranceivers not bad.

My USB ISP programmer's got 4 active GND pin and one time when I used my programmer cable with the cheaper USB ASP programmer I got the same fault and error message. To solve it I have to rewire my programming cable, because the USB ASP had only 1 active GND pin and my programming cable used one of the other 3 pins

Now it's working both programmer

For the first step I should check my programmer and my programming cable... Does the USB port / programmer supports the 5V ? Is the programming cable still in good condition (no cracks or anything else)? If you using Jumper cables, then is the wiring good?

OLD Hex+CAN (and your clone HexV2 is in fact Hex+CAN) not work on MQB. Your clone "hexV2" havinh only case like original HexV2

So, Doesnt have any VCDS Clone version working on MQB-A0 Plataform yet?

Genuine Hex-v2 is so expansive here in Brazil, but i'm seeing i don't have any other choice
Maybe New Jetta 2019 also won't support Hex+Can....idk

Maybe a ticket to States and back plus buying HEX-V2 there will be cheaper than obtaining it in Brasil

Does anyone found solution for Can not ready? I have several cables with this problem so far without resolving the problem. Cables are different HW versions.

try on cars from 2009 onwards and see what happens.

Happened me to a few times at first Test, Can:Not ready! All of them was Audi. After a few connect/disconect obd2 socket, give another try and Can: Ok. All those cars was Can Ready!

Different cars and every car was was after 2010 y. Problem is strange because I change almost every important component from working cable to non working but never succeeded to repair them! I have both version 0x44 and 0x46. I try several times connect disconnect check can-H can-L connection but nothing. I noticed that also some people have this problem but no one found solution. Once time even I bought 2 pcs chinese cables (red one) with this problem it was 15.7 version, one ot them has this problem!
