Picture cabling is correct but the labelling is wrong. -12v should be 0v (or GND for GrouND).
I just used an old 12v netgear router power adapter by cutting off the connector end and soldering a suitable pin socket onto the 0v lead and another onto the +12v lead:

after i did succeful upgrade with the loader ...today i went to my car and try but i got this...??

Hi, you need only 250mA to power the interface on 12V.

Yes. If you are lucky it will be flashed. If not (interface not in boot mode) you have to use usb asp. See info.pdf inside colimer v7.
