Guys i have tested 5 type cables.
I can not test Canbus cars, K line works good But Canbus not working...
Is this something to do with the cable or ?

i tested a lot of cables. with diferent chips . All with fake ftdi RL chip goes sleeping after X time use. (Fake chip with timebomb?) Only obd2cartool is working without any problem.

my antivirus is constantly erasing v*d*Loder.exe (V7) since today. Ro§tech has reported the loader as virus.

Disable real time protection. Copy loader inside installation directory. Add folder exception to that directory. Enable real time protection. That's it.

Since you started this discussions let me tell you I apreciate the transparency but beeing ablle to see almost the full name of the customers I think it is not that ok, you can show the initials of the name and will be fine with that...

The blur was addet by me...so the second part of the name is fully and is public..

Problem solved.
I reported the issue and now the buyers name & email addresses are now marked as "private"

Hello, i reflashed my cable to 1.96 vcds 18.9.0 Nez K line works good but it cannot scan CAN? Cable light is red with it have 12v?

I have the same problem, after upgrading my aliexpress 18.2 cable (transistors instead L9637D) to use it with 18.9 same thing happened - total inability to read/scan CAN, although the Port test report CAN: OK.

the cable had Bootloader enabled so upgrading was hassle free...

any ideas how to fix the cable?

There are ZHS and ZHT 18.9.0 installers released dated 2018.10.29, if anybody needs them to do loader 7.0 test.

I had upgrade vcds cable v12.12 to version v18.9.0 Portuguese version using Kolimer v7 loader, i had upgrade firmware to 1.96 on line, no problem until now, it works 100% even can bus all ok.

12.12.0 EN NEC installer needed. If i remember well, is something like xxxRosstech as password?
And in 2 versions, 32 and 64 bit...

The new version 18.9.0 AKP works with V 7.0. I checked on VW Passat B6 and B5 .
