When will you start reading the info file in the folder from the colimer? The shaman is visually determining whether the bootloader is unlocked has gone to work as a Santa Claus)))

Not always HW type (44 or 46) is correctly determined by Koli's soft
That because chineses write incorrect version of flask inside Atmega. If chineses (or someone else) write firmware flash for "46" HW inside "44" HW, the soft will report "46" and viceversa. So, the best solution for knoing is to open the case and check the HW by "your eyes"

Hello dear Digital Kaos friends. I read here for a while. Have many things solved without asking. very well explained. But.
I can not continue without asking.

I have a vag interface. I flashed it with ProgIsp (USBasp) and it works, for 3 - 4 times read out and erase errors, then vcds no longer recognizes the dongle. I can not find the stc chip on my board. Can someone help me?

Here are pictures of the dongle

    Now it's ok.
Soo, do not look for STC, it is not there, not all hw have it.

Try again to reflash, pay attention to all stepps you need to go...choose dumps for x46 HW, double check fuse bits.

Nice hardware you have there....where did you get it...how much you paid for?

I have flashed it very often. I do not know exactly which fuse bits have to be set. I used the progisp project. It works for a short time. It behaves as if it had a stc chip.

Ooh, the cable is from my father, tomorrow I can ask him where. it cost, if I remember correctly, 37 €. but worth nothing if it does not work 100%.

    After reflash, License is OK?
There is any antivirus program on your PC that can kill the loader? If so make some exceptions for install folder.

Cable conected to car/12V- ignition on, Options - Test - k1k2 ok, Can: Ok or not ready.
Go to About, there is license info-( green ok, red -not ok).
