A few words about the C-Test.exe. If the test message appears:

This means that the device is marked as "clone". After deleting the mark:

Do you have USBASP programmer? If not, buy one (+soldering iron- fine tip) and then if you handle to solder 4 wires to Atmega162.....came again and ask for more details.

Yes, good choice . Until you will have it, make some search about
:
-usbasp - pinout.
- Atmega162 Au pinout_ PIN 1 to 4

Get some tiny wires so you can solder them on Atmega.
And will talk more when you have all "that stuff" (harware and info) on the table.

there is no protection chip and a diode on the board .... perhaps the bootloader is unlocked already.
