    Its the Mk60 ABS bleeding procedure. If you get air trapped inside the ABS block, its almost impossible to get it out, trust me.I used vacuum, pressure, ten liters of fluid, and the brake is still soft. The special SW procedure should actuate the valves, the ABS pump and give instructions, how to step on the brake and when bleed. But RT probably ~~~~ed this up. Everything was OK, until some sloppy mechanic replaced brake fluid and got air inside. I had to brake hard, ABS activated, bubble of air escaped and a mild crash followed... Two next mechanics were unable to solve this problem. Everything on the brakes is changed, tubes, hoses, master cylinder, calipers, no leak...but the pedal is soft as never been before the first fluid change. Should not do it.
    Maybe there is some special program for this...? PM if interested.

    Hello!
    ABS block good? If the valves get stuck, the brake oil will not go in the right direction and you will do so. Suzuki had such problems. The old brake oil is what is aquatic.

    I have much experience with VAG ABS systems. Including ABS units replacement, Master Cylinders replacements and tons of air trapped into the system. Since this is not ABS thread, I will send you a PM on this.
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.

    19.6.1 is nothing more than their attempt to do quick and dirty fixes for the autoscan and other problems they introduced themselves

    This doesn't work that way. Describe your problem, post images of programmer, interface, how it's connected together, etc.

    Hello everybody. I need your precious help.
    This is my situation: I have a fully registred and fully functionally (VCDS 10.6.4) HEX+CAN VAG11 cable (chinese? don't know!).
    It's equipped whit the ATMega162 (16AL) an FT232RL chip and a no tag GAL (20 pins).

    The VAGCOM_HWType result is this: HW_Type.jpg

    ...but when i try to flash EEPROM using VAGCOM_EEWriteLang, at the end of operation it says: Fail.jpg

    For helping you, I've seen than theere is no connections between ATMega162 pins 34/35 and GAL's pins 4/5 but anyway HWType read an 0x44 HW version.
    What can i do?
    Thanks in advance

    That interface is a BM/BL model, so you need to change pid in eeprom writer. If you can't write it like that then for sure your lockbit is not CC but C8 and then ... you need to do it by programmer.
    If you like my post and it helped you please press THANKS.
