    @neuroteek
    How much money do you want to spend for VCDS.
    An original one i about 300 EUR including all software updates for later.
    Mine is updating itself as soon as the computer is attached to the internet and a new version is found.
    Additionally you have full support.
    I think 300 EUR is not too much for this service.

    Xaver

    Does Chinese clones 908/912 works with 64bit OS? I found some drivers on the net but during instalation I've getting message that drivers are old, and need to be update. Do you have working drivers for 64bit OS?
    Cheers.

    That's what interests me too.

    @xaver
    I've had original Ross-Tech Interface that was working perfectly with VCDS (not original - found it for free thanks to people who know those kind of stuff).
    Just interface cable I've payed for about 50? used from a guy that I know. Now I broke it. Looks like I will have to buy original one.

    Well thanks anyway

    Hi all, this clone interface is freaking me out, it was originally 805 then i reflashed atmega and upgrade it to 908, I used arash dump but when i test it on car works well except autoscan function, after 3-4 scanned modules says "you need licensed interface". After that you can't do any special functions. I know that we had here a lot of talk about this but i fixed a lot of interfaces before and never had this kind of problem again and now i am helpless. Any suggestions are welcome. This is how interface looks like.

    First of all remove the STC chip, transistor and resistor which are above this chip, after that reprogram the Atmega and try again with car.

    Yes, those are the components to remove.
    Then reprogram flash/eeprom in Atmega162 and you will be good to go!
