As I know old STM Cable sold with version 20.4.1 can not be updated and not work with VIIPlusLoader

You want to say current 20.4.2 STM hex-v2 cables are able to update to 20.9.1 beta? Otherwise nobody can't say it's updatable yet... they are just guessing.

Can I reflasch my cable ? Can I get hex file for STM32F415 ? On pcbboard are two slots: 4 and 20 pin, reflash is really but accurate hex file very hard to find.

Are there actually clone hex v2 version cables,I can`t read everthing from my VW Golf 2017 with my hex can cable
like 4B, D6 D7.
wil clone work on my car ore even newwer cars like golf 2020

If you didn't buy the STM32xxx cable just order these type of cable with version 20.4.2 with English and FRM included (you will find some on aliexpress or other china marketplace)
You will get 2 language version and loader included.
After we don't know what will be the lifetime of these type of cable...
