Latest 20.12 is working, if you have atmega and kolimer loader. Uninstall 19.6 and install 20.12 use it with Kolimer loader. Tested.

Can someone confirm this?
Is there any issues with the cable using the 415 chip combined with VCDS 20.4.1?
Perhaps something that is not working when using this cable compared to using the genuine one or the 405 with VCDS 20.4.1?

Do I need to flash a new file to the cable?

Can someone point me to the bundle of files for that release?

if you come from 19.6, i think you need to flash firmware with ewrite_lang, that you will find in loader 9.2 package.

1. can not update
2. can not support multi-languages
3. many functions can not work well
4. always was blocked

Hi,

I have an old V1 Interface with Atmal 162 and I have been trying to figure out what software I need, but now I am confused.

I tried the VCDS 20.4.2 with VCDS Loader 1.22 but every time I press "Start VCDS" and choose the VCDS Software, the progam/window closed without any message, same under "Other Function" each Button pressed closes the software/window without any promt.

The Hardware is plugged in and has also 12V Power!

What is the latest VCDS version (German) I can use with the hardware?
What loader do I need?

you need Kolimer Loader 9.2, first try to update firmware with ewrite_lang.exw from Kolimer package then copy vcd$ loader to onstallation folder, make shortcut to desktop of vcd$ loader and it should work.

OK, but what is the latest VCDS version for KLoader9.2?
