Problem solved, like bibkare said I had bad 805dump, with 908 works like a charm.
So if I have 10.6 interface with FT232BL it can't be use at all with any 10.6 software? So why Chinese sell them with FTDI BL inside as 10.6 cable if it doesn't work?
One more question, if I want to flash FTDI via FTProg is it enough change only extension from .ept to *xml or do I need convert it with some converter?

Chinese just sell, that's all, no meter what. With other wods they don't intrest in what they sell. They tell you what you want to hear. Not all of them but most do this in their deals.
Just if you know what you need and ask precislly you have 90% chance to have what you ask. ( Do you've see that I didn' said 100%)
To change the ept in in xml is not enought to change the extension.
Aminebot said that in has this file but he dosen't share becasue one reason: "The Rules"
So if he wants to share it is ok if he dosen't you can use MProg.

You can use your interface with 10.6 software if you flashed it (interface) with 10.6 dump ( same way you did with 908 dump), regarding ept file i did several times only changed extension but if high priest aminebot says it's not enough then i would listen him and finally chinese - they will tell you what you need to hear, in 99% cases that is far from truth, logic and common sense but wtf they are no. 1 economy in the world, so who cares as long as it's cheeeaaapp

Can you tell me what could be the problem if after connecting interface into USB port it doesn't show in Device Manager at all. After when I connect it into computer nothing happens, no any signs. Power goes true USB cable-checked it with multimiter.

Hey... I just changed the extension and I never had a problem... I think =)

Show us your Device Manager maybe the driver is UNKnown or uninstalled.

Mattydr67 the problem is that nothing shows up in Device Manager. When I connecting cable into USB there is no sound and nothing is recognized over computer. If that will be drivers or unknown device I'll know how to fix it. But in this case looks like something is wrong with some PCB parts, mayby FTDI?

I had some interfaces with brocken USB cables....
