Since 21.3. is not supported anymore by VCDS and V1 you should think about a V2 or a older version of VCDS, depands on the MJ of the car you are trying to use with.

I already reported 20.12.0 revoked license in old interfaces. That mean no way with the same solution to work in 21.3.0
So, i use 20.4.1 eng+20.4.2 roj latest softs on OLDER clone.

I use loader 9.2 with the classic interface v1 with versions 20.12 and 21.3 English - there are no problems, I don’t understand why some users had problems.

P.s. I'll clarify just in case - I only use the firmware for the English language and I use only the English versions - maybe this is the problem.

As i know, Revoked reffer to SERIAL, not to language.

let's say if in atmegi's eeprom the language is English and use the Italian release of the program, the license will be revoked.
if everything was fine and it was not English only but Italian was sewn up
or users should be more careful about their antivirus programs that block loader data along the way
