not high res images, but yes, you find and use tools from Kolimer loader. If boot loader is disabled, then use programmer solution. There's a header soldered on the pcb.

Search for vcds loader 9.2 - check if tbe bootloader is enabled then you can upgrade thry usb , if not you will need a programeer. Instructions are inside vcds loader folder

Question is: If I find another unit with V21.3, it is easy to clone his STM32f405 in to another chip?
I mean, there are cripto or other security issues? What programmer should I use?

You have to install VCDS in the default installation folder: C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS..
If you change that the loader can't find the software.
