The V2 cables are a joke. All the same cables. Yet some update fine and some won't work with 21.3.

The old batch of v2 cables I had were perfect. The new ones are an utter Joke. .

many factory produce the different v2. different quality, work well or not well.

STM415 v2 is ross-tech original v2 clone , so it always was blocked due to the update.

Just install « 7-Zip », open the archive and extract by yourself...

Sorry mate it is still nothing that I really need. Inside installer there are vcds-32.exe and vcds-64.exe - both are protected. It needs to be hacked by proper assembler decompilers, dumpers, hex editors etc and more skills than extracting from 7-zip

ATMEGA162 based cable -> Kolimer Loader
STM32F405 based cable -> VII Plus Loader

STM32F415 -> doesn't support upgrade (not true, you can have a look at « badrax » work...).

Yes I know Badrax work in details, believe me

As You may guys know there is a STM32F415 working with 20.4.1 but not with 20.4.2.

Badrax did very good job and I'd love to see final results some time. Having this possibly I would be able to move something forward...
