hello,
tested and k1 ,k2 and can is ok (attached foto) , i reflashed the interface with VAGCOM_EEWriteLang to english and i get the same errors .3.jpg 1.jpg 4.jpg 4.jpg

Can anyone recommend any trustworthy places to buy V2 with STM32F405 chip other than one from very active member in this thread? His listing currently has no description, I am not comfortable buying from a place that only says "v 2".

The pictures show an interesting new PCB Layout (with 100µF Elko).
Anyone received such an Interface and tested it?

if you talk about Creteil link for V2, yes, i ordered from that link and received yesterday, installed it and working fine, eng without loader and ro with loader.

@mrben, have you looked what's inside? Does it really have that big capacitor?

i will attach photos from both sides, to check if it has or not.

LE: photos attached, it's seems mine doesn't have that 100uF, delivered from the same seller from Creteil link, but i can see on the pictures of the seller that the motherboard circuit is little bit different, you can compare to see differences.

can you update us on the changes made to the pcb and reason for adding the capacitor ??

and give us the needed info to modify our excisting cables too .

From what I see, @mrben has received a regular board that is being sold everywhere. My guess is that photos in the listing show an early prototype. Those boards are not sold.
@mrben, your MIC2920A chip is resoldered. I wonder if it a second-hand chip and if it is really MIC2920A or some other replacement. It is likely it will burnout just like other have reported in this thread before.
