The "problem" was at the 93C46 chip wich was empty.I rewrote it and that was it .

You know once i put solution for autodata 3.16 on carhelp, it was xor axax's medicine for previous version which i reworked for version 3.16, when he saw that he was pissed even i told everybody it's his solution with my modification, so i learned not to post something hot and new that is not 100% your work and in this case dump for 10.6 is not my work at all

May Usb Cable.

I had some interfaces with brocken USB cables....

I tested my interface with two new USB cables and still to same, no any sign when I connected it into USB. Device Manager doesn't shown anything-tested on few different computers.???

you probably fried ftdi or 93cx6 (if you had one on board)

again guys, since the "dream" its to make a interface to work with any software, i saw that chinese engineers done it!


anyone heard about it?
on 10.6 interface you can use any software starting from 704 without damageing it!

Yes, you should reflash if. Use MPROG (if you have the *.ept file) or FTPROG (if you have the .xlm file).

It's an easy task. Connect the VCDS cable into the USB port (it's not necessary to power up with 12V). Then open MPROG or FTPROG, scan for devices, load the dump and flash!

Yes it is the same becasue Ft232BL dosen't have intern memory.
You write in this memory 93Cx6 and if this is demaged you can write FTDI with MPROG.
