Hello, I have a HEX-CAN interface but it is showing up as a HEX-USB! I have somehow loaded the wrong software version for my interface!
Is there a way to get it to connect to a vehicle again please?

I can't seem to find a way to upload some photos of the interface?

It is a clone with HC853297 RevB on the cover.

Can someone also let me know if an Audi R8 2013 needs a regular Hex-can atmega clone. Or the HEX v2 stm clone?

Have tried VIIPlusLoader-08.022.09.003(BETA) on 22.9 and 22.3.1 everything works. However, still has security access issues.

Works on 21.9 with no issues.

TRUE! also tested today 08.022.09.003 beta Loader. with 22.9.0 EN and 22.3.1 EN dont work 22791 on Engine Security Acces. Last software who can acces it is 21.9.0 EN.

Did you start the 22.9 english software from the loader or directly from the software shortcut? Because if it is started through the loader, it is possible to work without bugs.

Getting too many communication errors. And only happening on older cars such as MK4 golf. Have used 3 cables exactly as the image below.

Have tried 19.6.2, 21.9, 22.3 and 22.9. All the same.

Pictures below. If anyone has any ideas why. Please let me know.

I think I have tested both: with and without Louder. I will test 1 more time to be 100% sure that I have tested also with Loader(from now 99% I am sure that it is not working). But the question it's: Why with 21.9.0 EN it is working? And with all 22.3.0 / 22.3.1 / 22.9.0 English Software it is not working? Did you test it on your cars?(maybe this bug it is only for 1.6 CR TDI E5) I so that they are colleges on this group who wait from other colleges to test and check... More than that they start to post: 'Hello somebody who test? It is working? '' I will come back with my final test. Thanks for asking.
PS. For all who read this...Please TEST and post here the result: With ARM405 or ARM429 open english software(from 22.3.0 to 22.9.0) / with Loader and without Loader and try to LOG IN(SECURITY ACCES) with speciffic PIN code on diesel engines. POST HERE THE RESULT!
