It doesn't specifically say. It will be STM based since they link the ATMega device in the listing for older cars. Its a chinese website.

But which STM 405/415/429?

You are best buying from Aliexpress, at least their listings state which one, and you have buyer protection if paying with Paypal.

Its stm32f 405/407 or 429, you can choose. Just ask from seller. I bought that like 1 month ago, it works but i have tried on old car only. Only thing i dont know why vut it is slow sometimes, not sure is it about software/pc or old car. Atmega works alot faster.
If you need for 2015 -> that is what you need? Or you can buy 100% same chip from aliexpress like 80-90$? If you trust for seller

why you use this loader?
some one use badrax staff and created another fly-fake.
this is for cable without update function. they sell it for half price ($40)
fly-v2 don't work with it!

there is exactly the same loader with an inscription kolimer for hex-can v1. I think that he is from the same cunning Chinese

If the chip is locked to RDP2 then the debug interface is disabled and you can’t connect a debugger to it.
I assume this is a FLY cable and if it is then most likely RDP2
