just google ftdi tool you'll find all you need and as far as atmega reflashing is concerned search thru DK. You dont read enough mate

Change 93c46 IC , is connected to FT232BL. That circuit is broken.

The circuit can be broken, but try to reprogramm 93c46 before change it. Maybe it is fully erased.

If you'll use 10.6 you'll demage your tool.
If you update to 10.6.0 you can use that softwear. But the question is....do you have a tool qith FT232BL or BM inside?
And if iyou have this kind of tool...do you have dumps for it?

The 912 clone should normally be ftdi bl/bm based and u can easyli update your interface.

But dont update by Rosstech sw,u need flash atmega162 with the dump for 10.6 with some usbasp programmer...
