Zakdk - if the bootlader is not enabled ( I'm almost 100% sure it is not ) than you will have to solder to pins on pcb and use a icsp programeer - do you have one?

Upgraded similiar cable and worked nicely

thanxs -dont have a programmer and have never done a cable before but i do know how to solder pretty good
where do i start should be fun

Hello, i have Hex clone with Atmega chip. When autoscanning with VCDS 21.3.0 or 20.4.0, not all devices are found, and some devices are not compatible with the HW. Just curious if the interface is really incompatible or i have problem with the car (Touran 2018). Maybe only coincidence that these unreachable devices are after address BB?

Just buy hex-v2 from RT or hex-v2 clone with STM32F405. Comparing to the cost of vehicle itself, it's just a water drop in the ocean.
