The PCB is as tilki42 posted, with ST32F429VET6 chip. Is it possible to reflash chip to use VIIPlusLoader?

BadraxV2Loader V2 can not update freely. need pay for updating on the next year，updating fee is 50USD.

Would the update convert it to VIIPlusLoader or would it be kept as Badrax version?
Is there any way around it? Flashing with STLink or etc?
