Hi, I want to make my own iterface, but can anybody tell me where I can buy parts for it, like OBDII plug, connector, USB no end cable ect. I know that will be cheaper to buy chinese crap, but I want to make my own one, so waiting for sugestions.
    Thanks.

easyer to find an old vcds clone which is with ft232B(m/l) , like 805, and upgrade atmega with 1.84 dump, and you have an vcds 11.2 good.

If your question is about using vag-com cable with vag-tacho software, the answer is no, you can't.

Well... I am not 100% sure about that... but I am 99.99999999% sure that you can't remove the 93Cx6 EEPROM :P

Am I right or am I wrong?

Indeed, you're right. Excuse of a mistake. I Wrongly suggested in your photos. My old pictures show the same interface with FT232B, a very old version, which I repaired long ago and did not require an external EEPROM.
