    Collecting your ideas ..

VCDS 11.3, chineese cables with FT232BL chip. Passes test and works just fine. But when I use auto-scan - I get error license message and have to reflash the cable.

License is not blacklisted - this confirms that it passes Test and shows Fully registered each time I do the test. I can work with car for a long time (CAN also). Only in auto-scan there's something which changes the eeprom ..

Who knows what is that ?

What dumps did you use for reflashing?
The 11.2 dumps or with a tool that is bought from China as 11.3.
    Good luck

    ...
    one more VCDS tool found.

    FTDI - BL

after re-flash the uC - first test looks good - second one become unregistered!

also - if the tool is plugged first into OBD I get the message USB device unrecognized.

if I plug first into USB device is recognized correctly.

    where should I look?

    Hello!

Vag-com I have a fully functional 11.2 has been deprogrammed.
Take the FTDI232BL, I have the. Ept to program, but leaps Mprog me an error "Error reading device" ... Anyone know the solution?

I think the Atmega is well programmed, only the FTDI, to change the VID & PID work, but I miss that mistake Mprog ... What I can do?

this is probably the best hardware for clone interface, i couldn't see well in picture are those SI chips instead of transistors and you have connections from atmega to side holes so you don't have to solder on atmega directly, very nice

I'm not sure now, because I did long time ago, but Mprog is supporting only ports with low numbers so maybe you need to change it.

Deco, I use the last FTDI drivers, and COM 1. The Mprog read the 232BL, but not programm.

Magadan, the VID is 0403 and the PID 6001 (tipical in FTDI Serial Converter).

    Thanks!

    Sorry for the English.
