I wanted to tell that chip STC can block record and reading in EEPROM. Therefore it is necessary to delete chip STC. To connect a cable with USB. To make record in EEPROM by means of MProg. To check up, how has transited record. If it is bad to solder a chip into place. And then to replace EEPROM.

I know this but you said delete I suppos that you wanna say unsolder forever the STC from PCB.
Then reflash the FTDI.
Me and liviu_diaconu didn't understand what you mean with "delete"
We suppose you said that:
- unsolder the STC then reflash FTDI and then solder the STC back.

But..why resolder STC? i think is more better unsolder STC, reflash atmega, FTDI, GAL, rerouting the "links"
ATMEGA-MCP2515, ATMEGA - GAL, GAL-FTDI.

And i understud that in STC (STC is u-controler, like atmega) is registered serial or dump and if atmega dump is erased from newer VCDS (because of blacklist), if unplug and replug vcds to 12V the dump is reloaded in atmega from STC (but the older dump). If is wrong, sorry.
If is real, stc is ok if don't want to use a newer version of VCDS.

In a tool with RL
I reflashed GAL, ATmega and FTDI
I unsolder the components like in the Tutorial made by our friend Aminebot and I made new soldering as well ( the tool is the same as in the Tutorial )
When I did the Test the Led was red and then it started to blinking.
And the message was Time Out

The question is: What will can be? The GAL wrong flashed ( I tested this and all was ok )
I tryed to make modification like into the rutraker.org, same thing
Any ideea will be usefull

If i remember correctly in this tutorial aminebot used english 908.0 version and crack (3 files which needed to be replaced after installation), maybe you should try this version, i mean maybe it's software, you did hardware mod OK

Hi my friend
The problem is that when I plug the tool to the 12V the LED first become red and the it will blinking
And I use the dumps from that tutorial.
Exception are the Atemga dumps ( I use the 11.2 dumps )
But this is not important
I suppose that it will the GAL issue but how I said I wanna hear anothers ideas. This will be helpfull to think

If you have "RL" check up a cable with the version of the program 704 or more low. If change is not, check up GAL. I give equivalent the circuit for damp from AGK.

The Driver is USB-ROSS TECH , not BL , not RL . !!!!!!!!
