First of all you need to share few pics of your tool becasue it important to see what kind of PCB you have.
That's why you read that in one type of PCB you ahev to remove 4 components to be able to flash the Atmega and in other type you don't need this.
Second about the GAL you have two solutions, In both of them you need to unsolder the GAL/ATF (in one kind of PCB you don't need to do this ) and the best solution it is to reflash it , sodler it back and solder 3 wires ( Aminebot solution ), and it is another much easy solution , that means that you ahve to remove the GAL solder few wires and you don't need to solder the GAL/ATF back but you'll not be able to do all the functions in k-line cars ( special functions as Adaptation, Coding...etc)
Internet solution ( we talking about the one known ) are not good in all OS installed. I develope an aplication but pple who review this said that for one it works for it dosen't.
And in the and after you reflash the tool you need to use a loader not the original exe file of the VCDS softwear.
    There's to solutions for you:
Buy a cheap tool from China and use it in a computer that will never have an internet connection or spend more money and buy a HQ clone which cannot be erased ever.
    Good luck
Sorry I was confused with another cable 113, on this cable there is no GAL :-) (see pictures). But do I need to remove something on this layout before programming?

    Thanks again.

It's the first time i see this design, since it's RL i think you should only reprogram atmega with 11.11.0 dump and try use it with loader. No need to remove anything. Let's see what's gonna happen. Good thing you have leads on pcb for atmega so you don't need to solder directly.

Well this is the best hardwear with FTDI RL
You don't need to usolder anything No either the ATF
You have the flashing pads near to USB onece
    Check which are this
From what I remember the pads starting near the USB once and item are in this order Atmega pins 3,2,1 and 4
So you have to solder the wires from progrmmer directlly to this flashing pads and do it
Then you have to use a loader to start the VCDS as Mr. Bibkare said
    Good luck

You need the dump for , let's say VCDS 11.11.0 or 11.2 and use the right security bits ( most of the ppl use wrong security bits )
After you reflash the Atmega, install the VCDS 11.11.0 original softwear then use the loader
By the way you power supply GND it is soldered toghether with th GND of programmer?
    Good luck

I suppose you know and use loader for RL versions (each version have his own loader).

Yes I knew but still had the wrong loader, I found another loader on this forum and now everthing is fine. Great finally it works. Thanks all. Maybe I fix my 113 cable also.
