VAG-COM/VCDS EVERYTHING

It was shared here in this thread as I remember.
One advise for that tool mate.
Tools as that one will not work ok and haven;t all the functions aviable.
Bacause it hasn't any GAL or ATF.
That tools it is a BIG pics of sh...t
But you can try to flash it if you want too
You can try to use 11.2 and 11.11.0 dump ( becasue this one are for free ) and use softwears and loaders for it.
As I said you can try but I don't know if it will works

I suppose that it was for VCDS 12.10.3
You can use it and then you can feedback because I hadn't anymore this kind of tools to check this out
So you can fix this "mistery" ( about that dumps for this kind of tools )

Friend have two VCDS clones, one for 11.11.3 and second for 11.11.4/12.10.3. Hardware looks identical, but dump for 12.10.3 doesn't work in this one for 11.11.3, serial in ABOUT is bit different and it's banned.

Is it possible to check by multimeter which pins are connected by ATF16V8 when tool is working?

Probably there is other connection because I have tested this dump in old 10.6.2 RL clone where I have removed GAL and use wires in his place, and serial is readen but banned.

I got touran 1T wih DSG transmission 7 shifts.
I have replaced the transmission with another ( the same ) I need to program it please
I got original VCDS and Chinese VVDI
any help

Sorry mate but be more clear what you need.
If you use a clone tool then this one will work in 99.99% of cases only with the softwears that it comes
If you are talking about chinese tools then you have to know that in most of the case the tool can be erased if you are using internetn connection in the computer where you have installed and activated the VCDS softwear or if you are trying to upgrade the softwear or if youa re using other version that the one that you recive on the cd media that it came with the tool.
The softwears that are not moded by chinese cannot be "damaged" by that I told you yet and it is working 100% as a original softwear.
But this kind of tools ( as chinese starting to do it as well ) has the tool adn the softwear "marriaged"
If you are using a genuine tool then you can upgrade it by internet using ross-tech web site or using upgrades from your softwear.

i am searching china clone, i dont have internet access on computer that i will need for this. i already buy 12.10.3 version but it dont work on win 7, didnt tried on xp jet

Mate this it was discussed many times here in this forum.
If you didn;t read it or you passed that information the if you like to use that VCDS 12.10.3 ( which is a piece of sh...t in my opinion ) you have to open the softwear then you have to go to ABOUT and check the release version
After this turn off the VCDS softwear and change the computer date with one near to the date of the release VCDS date. Ofcourse one or two days after this one.
This is a problem of the Betas versions but you have to be able to work with it.
If you'll not be able then this it can be a hardwear problem.

You tried wrong mate
You have to choose C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS or VCDS Beta if you try VCDS 12.10.3
After you isntall the driver maybe it will work
Which is good VCDS 11.11.3 or VCDS 12.10.3?

Hmmmmmm the best it is the version that you find it on CD media which came with your tool
No other one

As I see your system is W7 and i gues it is 64bit as well, am I right?
If yes then you need to install 64 bits drivers in your system.

Usually the VCDS installer know what OS do you have when you want to install the softwear and it is installing the right drivers
Or in original installer and in one of clone installer you can get this drivers for 64 bit OS
Then you can use it.
