Maybe it´s better too ask the seller where you´ve bought the item.
If you have luck, rosstech has destroyed your item and now you become post from lawyer ;-)

you have to open your interface and look if you have ftdi-Chip Typ RL or RQ. buy new one sold it an program it with mprog. i did it 6 weeks ago.
