While 8.0 loader starts there is info "Failed 4" anybody knows what is it?

If the LED on your scanner is lit after connecting to the USB port, then you have the atmega162 powered by a cable and not a 7805 transistor (or other converter).

Should i have ftdi serial number RT000001 on interface to get 7.2 loader and vcds 18.9 working? Serial is disabled by default and get "interface not found" and led is acting weird. HWtype shows that already have 1.96 flash. It should work without reflash?
edit: changed ftdi serial to RT00001 and now 18.9 vcds say "interface found, not plugged into car" and when plugged to car vcds say "interface not found"Last edited by ziidii; 12th June, 2019 at 01:05 PM.

yes i tested on 18.9.1 AKP and it works OK,
i just saw that "Failed 4" but nothing bad happen with 18.9.1akp
is it because of 32bit version ?

I'm not sure if I am understanding this correctly. Are you saying this version works on people that have ARM or NEC chip instead of the Atmel162 chip? Originally Posted by BASi77
