Those internals are the same as the 429 i have. Thats definitely a clone, so will need the loader if you want to do security access.

As its a 429, its also rather expensive compared to the 429's on Aliexpress

Hello, Does anyone have the VCDS 12.12 version? As I found a VAG12.12 cable laying around and I wanna see if it works. Even with version 15.11 doesn't find the interface

Here you go.
It works with the old interface (12.12.0) without a 'loader'.

In my case it looks like this, without connection to the car.
Check how your interface reports in the device manager.

Could someone help a little, or does anyone know about:
I have on my laptop windows 7 and 10. In windows 7 i have vcds 20.4.1 with loader (atmega cable). Now i bought stm32f429 cable and vcds is installed to windows 10 with loader.

Is there any worries? Seller said need to uninstall v1 loader because vcds can see that and block my pc? They are not in same drive.

Seems stm32f429 cable is disconnecting some times while im at some model like engine and doing basic settings, is that because i use new software? Should i use older software? Because my atmega works ALOT better...

I just tested it, however I got the same error. I downloaded the 12.12.3 installer and installed it. In the Device Manager it is recognised as "Ross-Tech Direct USB Interface".

Idk if you have any other ideas, if not I'll have to mark this cable as toast

search for VCDSLoader v9.2 from Kolimer on this thread!

use VAGCOM_EEWriteLang.exe to flash FW and then you can use newer vcds versions over VCDSLoader.exe
