FW of hex-usb-can is since many years the same (min. 2017Y). 1.96 - VCDS 18.*.* and maybe any early
search for VCDSLoader_v9.2 package and use tools from Kolimer. if you will not be happy put you interface in the trash and buy new one.

i have vcds 23.3 with firmware 19.3 works perfect after update 1.96 give me error to all command settings i no have luck to find 23.11 cracked version for chinese vag
because is not original i like only to back to 1.93 tnx for answer i love this site is amazing

Does Anyone tried this?
There is connector "BT" does it stands for Bluetooth?
This is my friend interface bought recently from Aliexpress
what is strange is the seller description and picture is for STM32F429 VIIPLUS Loader, But the real PCB was STM32F415 and using a new unknown V2helper1073.exe Loader which could make update the interface in the future

No real HexV2 has Bluetooth. Only VCDS interface to operate without a wire is the Hex-Net, of which, there are no clones. VCDS also does not have a bluetooth option within the software, so ignore the BT connection on the board.
If you've been sent a 415 and it was advertised as a 429, open a return with the seller.
