Lol...dumb question. Bare with me.

After I connected to the car the status changed to : READY. and the Auto Scan functioned as a breeze.




So I have a VCDS Hex-V2 with main chip STM32F405VGT6.

I used MichaelKors recommandations and at TEst I get this info's:

Is it ok to write "questionable" at Status?

Is it ok to use it like this?

Now I understand that this thread is for technical problems using the interface and I am grateful for you support.

Where do I get help with the Fault codes?

I am also new to Vcds. Any tutorials that I can rely on? I know there is a few out there but I think I could use with some recommendation.

Any idea how to allow the DVD to play in motion using VCDS?

Is it possible to have mileage correction with the Vcds?

I mean the normal tweaks you are able to do with Vcds.

So I have made some progress. I now have VCDS 18.9.0 installed (this was the version that came with the unit when i bought it at alixpress). I am using the latest version of the loader VCDSLoader_v9.2.7. I have this problem however. With the cable plugged into the laptop but not into the ODB2 port in the car, all seems ok except it says not connected to car. Once I plug it into the car however it then complains that the interface is not found!

Can anyone shed some light on this problem? Thank you

ps: just reading in the README file in the loader folder there is a mention of "interface not found" which i believe may have to do with the loader version. I am trying older versions of the loader. Version 8.0 also did not work. Will try even older ones next.

Hi..
I just updated my HEX-V2 19.6 EN cable with 21.3 #kilomer loader but no success when plugged to a car !!!
I ve tried uninstall many times ,Also when i tried the 19.6 version it didn't work either !
Any suggestions ?

Other company VCDS Hex-V2 can not update.

Yes, it works and you can update but it’s useless.
21.3 and 21.9 with your Loader it works just partial, full of bugs, it’s a joke.

Latest full working version is 20.12.

Or your interface is crappy and does not support 21.x versions, or the Loader has developing problems.

I Can say that latest loaders have a bug that i've reported months ago and was fixed in loader 08.21.01. Also the 08.21.03 is ok, but newer version have the same bug: when opening "OBD-II" funcion, it runs and finds the protocol, then hangs and try to find the ISO protocol again...After a few minutes an alert saying "Too many communications errors to continue!" appears and you have to force close the app. I hope you can troubleshoot and find a solution really soon for this.
