Is it possible that a car injector pulse which is blocked by anti-theft command, be activated by tuner that is rewriting the injector spray pattern.

changing iq durations etc on maps should not trigger immo injector blocking. maybe the tuner calculated checksums wrong, that in turn triggered the immobiliser. or the ecu has some sort of protection? what kind of ecu is it?
