Vcds hex net

Hi mates i have bought this tool because the previous cable was not able to communicate with 2020 skoda octavia ecu engine dsu.today i tried with the new one software 21.9 but i have no communication.if i do gateway full scan tool shows engine ecu with faults.but also i can not get communication even if i tick ecu into full scan from gateway.any ideas please?

Well if it is a genuine hex net then you are better to contact ross-tech

hi bro i had clone vcds atmega 162 it come with cd software 22.9 english russian it not work on CAN protocol i also get can not ready,what it is the problem, can you recommend please a good specific version software with a loader for this clone type can support k line and the CAN,thanks
