2006 citroen c3 limp mode problems

Hi I am having a nightmare with a 2006 citroen c3 1.4 8 valve tu3 engine .. The problem is it keeps registering a throttle body fault and only seems to accur when the engine is left idling for a couple of minutes. There is a permanant code stored p1676 controlled anlternator control and when it goes into limp mode it will not rev up and comes up with p0608 and p1674 ,p2101,p0121 to do with motorised throttle problems.it has had a new alternator,battery and throttle body and all wiring stripped and checked back to ecu with no problems found .It the car is started and driven straight away it doesnt seem to have any issues its purely when left ideling for a short while.Voltage is showing at 13.8 to 14.2 at all times .Any ideas please ..???
